Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your Canvas & Cup Co. products. If you're not completely satisfied:
- ✓Defective or Damaged Items: Contact us within 14 days for a free replacement or full refund
- ✓Non-Custom Items: Return within 30 days in original, unworn condition for a refund
- !Custom/Personalized Items: Cannot be returned unless defective (due to their unique nature)
